ATS/20014 Printer for the ATS High Performance Flame Photometers (HPFP) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In the last few years new international laboratory regulations were set up to ensure product quality and also laboratory responsibility for a reliable and traceable analysis routine. An important requirement is the validation of the chemical analysis that laboratories have to follow, particularly if they want to be accredited and/or meet ISO standards. The validation of an analysis requires a proper audit routine that can trace the analysis procedure; this in turn requires a printed record of the analysis. Several of our customers have approached us for a means to have written records of the analyses made in their laboratories. Our computer data station can of course store such details. Nevertheless, some laboratories do not have an analysis volume and do not require the flexibility and the facilities offered by an ATS 200 HPFP System with a PC Data Station. They require a direct printout of the analysis with a routine that can be used for a full GLP audit. To meet such a GLP routine Advanced Technical Services GmbH have developed a system allowing a printer to be interfaced with our ATS 200 HPFP analyzers that can print the analysis data and many additional details. We are pleased to introduce herewith to all our sales distributors and prospective customers the ATS 20014 Printer. The ATS 20014 Printer uses normal paper and allows our analyzers to be even more performing. The printout shows date, time, analysis information as well as laboratory & operator's particulars. Many other details can also be recorded besides the analysis results; this in turn will improve reporting to a customer's specific request, and also eliminate many data transfer errors or possible mix-ups etc.etc. Attached is a typical print out of an analysis routine which will help appreciate the great potential and possibilities this printer, in combination with our ATS 200 HPFP analyzers, represent. We are certain that it will receive an enthusiastic welcome. The ATS 20014 Printer is easy to use. To print the analysis results, the ATS 200 HPFP analyzer must be used in the fixed modes of 3 seconds or 6 seconds and not in the free mode of floating numbers.
